To do a Pogo you...

1. Begin at a slow pace.

2. Stand on the back pegs and pull the brake so as you create a small endo.

3. Quickly pull back on the handle bars and transition your weight to the back pegs.

4. Once you get to a vertical position begin hopping the way you are leaning.

5. Ride out like an endo,
and you will have done a pogo



The pogo is a great foundation trick, and as shown below adding a barspin is a great way to prep it up.
