To do a Hang Five you...
1. Begin at a moderate speed. When your pedals are vertical, move your left foot to the front peg and your right foot to the back peg.
2. Push downward on the handle bars and transfer all of your weight to the front of your bike. (Should be done slowly and gently)
3. The best way to keep balance is to use your right foot that was on the back peg. But another trick is to stare at the front axle.
4. Ride out by simply shifting your weight backward.
