
To do a Bar Hop you....
1. Get to a moderate speed.
2. Put both of your feet together.
3. Lift your now paralleled feet over the bar.
4. Your feet should then land on the pegs.
Make sure when lifting your feet over the bar to try to get them as high as possible so as you don't
accidentally catch your foot on the bar.
If done properly it will result in a bar hop
