1. Begin with a fakie and make sure it's fast otherwise you wont be able to get enough air.
2. Try to get as much air as possible and turn your head and shoulders toward the back of your bike. The farther back your head is turned the better.
3. Right about now your bike will be turning once you make a full rotation land and ride out.
I think this trick may be the coolest looking bmx trick out there and it makes sense as a lot of practice is needed to land the 540 cab.
