(Ramp)

1. Find a jump that you feel comfortable with, a Bike length apart would be good. Not a jump that you will barely be able to clear.

2. Approach the jump at a fast speed, ride up it and once in the air turn your head and shoulders so you are looking at the back tire. The faster the bike will turn.

3. Land and ride out

(Flatland)

1. Begin the trick at a moderate speed

2. Bunny hop and turn your head and shoulders at the back wheel. Your body will follow where your head is so the more your head is turned the faster the bike will turn.

3. Land and ride out.

The 360 is one of the most sought after tricks that I know of(which is the harder version of the two in my opionion),and once you have a 180 down the 360 will come easily to you. Although you will need to do that thing called "practice" to really perfect it, but honestly you wont need to do to much of it.

One of the biggest problems that people have is not making the full rotation, you can fix this problem by one of two ways. The first is turn your body HARD (chuck norris hard) to the side you want your bike to turn, the second is to get more air. Another thing you should do is to watch
the video below as it pretty much explains the flat 360 in the best possible way. Make sure to hit up the video below so you can pop some 360's and contact me once you do.
