The 180 bunny hop can be used mostly any where and if you get good enough with the 180 on flatland, switch to the air.

1. Begin to ride at a moderate speed and once you feel comfort bunny hop into the air.

2. Instead of looking forward twist both shoulders and your head toward the back tire. You should now start to twist.

3. You will land backwards and to complete the trick you will have to fakie out or roll out.

The 180 is one of the most versatile tricks that you can possible learn, its even up there with the bunny hop.You can apply them in all sorts of different variations on all types of terrain( looks best in-between gaps hehe), but you have to learn how to do them correctly. What most people do is try to pick up both wheels at the same time and whip their bikes around as fast as they possibly can. That just doesn't look pretty or smooth and you want the 180 to look very pretty and smooth. So to achieve this you need to be in control of your bike, and follow the instructions given above.

Remember to bunny hop at sort of a angle then in mid air look to the side you want to spin off in(your shoulders should follow you). If you get the beginning down your pretty much good if you know how to fakie out, and remember to do a 180 you need to practice, practice, and maybe some more practice. Your not going to be able to do a good looking trick over night you gotta work for it. If you have any videos of yourself doing a 180 make sure to contact me here and I can put them up on the site as its always fun to show off.
